Symptoms of bird flu in humans include Respiratory: Cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath. Systemic: Fever, muscle aches, fatigue, headache. Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea (in some cases). Eye: Red, watery eyes (conjunctivitis). Severe cases can cause pneumonia, organ failure, and respiratory distress.
