Humpback whales are large baleen whales known for their long pectoral fins, humps on their backs, and spectacular breaching displays. They migrate between cold feeding grounds and warm breeding grounds and are found in all major oceans. Although their population has recovered from past whaling, they still face threats such as entanglement and habitat destruction.
Red macaws are actually parrots, belonging to the family Psittacidae and subfamily Arinae, which includes all macaws. They are the largest parrot species found in Central and South America, making them truly amazing creatures.
